Hi, I’m Anna.
I’m a licensed clinical social worker specializing in grief, serious illness, end-of-life, and life transitions.

Over the years, I’ve worked in both hospital-based palliative care and home hospice, walking alongside individuals and families during some of the most meaningful and challenging moments of life. Those experiences taught me that healing doesn’t always mean “getting better” — sometimes it means learning to live fully, even in the midst of change, uncertainty, or loss.

I’m not afraid of hard conversations. In fact, I find that honest, compassionate dialogue often brings the greatest relief. Whether we’re exploring a new diagnosis, adjusting to transitions, or planning for a good death, I offer a space where you can speak freely and feel supported without judgment.

My approach is warm but straightforward, blending clinical expertise with deep respect for the human experience. Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you — making sense of your story, finding comfort in your values, and building a path forward that feels true to who you are.
